G A Townroe & Son Funeral Directors based in Nottinghamshire; Eric and his colleagues came to visit us on our stand at this years National Funeral Exhibition (NFE).

The show gave them a perfect opportunity to visit all stands with fridges and equipment in the industry. While it’s easy for manufacturers or distributors to claim their products are great, the show gave our client the opportunity to get hands on and see up close the level of detail and quality of our products compared to that of the many others in the industry who are often middlemen distributors buying from multiple sources and often cheap inferior products to be able to compete with the likes of us as a manufacturer. A quote was soon sent and it was a simple choice for our customer to trust Mortuary Solutions with the order.

A site survey was arranged with our client where we were able to guide and advise the best solution backed up with CAD drawings. We also helped guide the builder for his works and put our client in direct contact with a temporary loan fridge and asbestos removal team to dispose of their old asbestos lined cabinet.

Mr Eric Townroe was so impressed with products, service and install team he called thanking us before we had the chance to call him and check he was 100% satisfied.

We supplied our client a 3 bay fridge with an obese bay and heavy duty electric stacking trolley.
