A nice referral job by chance, our client had visited one of our Scotland customers to buy a hearse when they happened to see our high quality cabinet. We have been told that our previous client recommended us “much more reasonable on price than xxxx (competitor) and great to deal with”. That’s all it took for our new customer despite already having one of the competitors cabinets to approach us for a quote and followed up by a survey.

The client is really happy with the level of service, value and quality of product that they are delighted with the decision to use Mortuary Solutions. We were also advised it couldn’t have been installed at a better time as their winter pressures are already beginning.
