A product made for our distributor who’s client had a fridge and racking by others supplied previously.

Their previous racking, made with plastic, is a very flimsy and wobbly system, that we have come across several times before. Worse still, this system doesn’t use any rollers, making loading the already fragile racking quite difficult. It was also supplied with really small plastic bucket style trays which are very limited to smaller sized bodies.

The client not satisfied with it, wanted a robust solid construction racking with rollers, without compromising or losing capacity.

We designed in CAD and made a steel 3 bay open system using heavy duty reinforced steel. and rollers to each space. Further more we supplied the client several trays in W:560mm small/ standard, W:660mm Semi obese and W:750mm obese to cover all of their deceased size storage.

Due to the limited door opening of the fridge we designed 3 bays wide with 3 sets of rollers per tier, larger trays and coffins can straddle 2 spaces for flexibility while keeping max capacity.

This afternoon, we took a call from our distributor who had earlier taken a call from their client to say how happy and delighted with the product and further more, the professionalism of our engineers that fitted it for them with a doddle, these are our same engineers that made the racking in our factory!
