Here we helped a new funeral business set up a mortuary facility for the new premises, that needed help and guidance.
This customer was not entirely sure of the package they needed and had previously had another supplier visit that was “trying to sell as much as he could”, we operate differently to this. We first try to best understand the client, their business, it’s needs now & in future along with the space available and budgets. We aim to guide our clients through the options including cost saving ideas or alternatives, we are not a sales company that tries to maximise sales at any opportunity.
We supported this customer as we would others with a design drawing including other details for consideration to share with other contractors. Following a successful installation, we have helped this customer several further times with help and guidance including passing them excellent contacts within the industry for other services.
