We replaced a similar side loading roller shutter door unit supplied by one of our competitors. The client had constant problems and ultimately got us, the experts, in to give them what they needed.
The competitors fridge suffered significantly from condensation issues, saturating deceased, pooling on trays, floor and on the outside of the fridge. Next they had issues with the cooler been poorly installed right up to the ceiling resulting in one unit burning out and the expense of being replaced plus expense of retrofitting ventilation into the ceiling.
We advised and supplied to fit a properly insulated double door system to eliminate condensation, we also fitted a remote cooling unit to exhaust the heat outside and give the unit the correct ventilation for high efficiency and prevent burnout/failure.
We made our trays bespoke so that they would work over the existing ritual wash station pedestals.
