Our customer has expanded to a third site and have undertake a large build mortuary extension in their new property.

We helped them plan and design their Mortuary to work within their footprint, our design helped them improve the layout and work flow. Designed in CAD, we provided some general guidance to help their builder along the way.

Here we installed a 5 door 22 capacity cabinet, with 4 & 5 tier and semi obese & obese storage. We supplied this high capacity fridge with a premium double plant system giving it back up capability should ever a unit fail. – Ask yourself could you cope with downtime if your fridge failed?

Additionally we supplied our Chevron style ribbed drainage trays with drains in them along with our combination stacking trolley with tray tilt feature and our combination sinks and sluice. Now a single user can receive the tray from the fridge and using the same trolley over the sinks can wash/embalm/dress/prep without assistance.  Our equipment all designed perfectly to work together reduces the arduous task of manual handling the patient from tray to a table and back again.

The site still has some work for completion and we hope to soon add further images of the embalming area.
